Are you insured?

Yes, Skans Pty.Ltd. and all of our Tradesman and suppliers are all fully insured with Workers Compensation and Public Liability. Certificate of currency available upon request.

Do you have a license?

Our owner/ managing director holds Roof Plumber, Tiler and Restorer licenses which makes our company unique. The tradespeople who complete our work are all fully licensed and certificated.

What is a roof restorer?

A roof restorer is someone who has been trained in restoring roofs.

SKANS are a certified DULUX applicator. This accreditation ensures each of our customers receive additional warranty on all Dulux products applied, when requested.

In order to do contract and work for themselves a license is required. Before obtaining these licenses, the tradesperson is required to complete another 6 months at TAFE studying “Business Principles”.

What warranties do you offer?

We offer 5 year workmanship warranty on all of our work. All materials have their own manufacturers warranty of up to 25 years.
